After purchasing his first unit on the Northern Beaches in 2004, Nick felt compelled to share his knowledge and experiences with others. The process of buying property was overwhelming and confusing, as there was little professional guidance. This experience motivated the want to help others navigate the complexities of property transactions. Over the course of the next 19 years, his involvement in property buying, development, construction, and selling has evolved into a genuine passion.

The vision of providing a seamless and comprehensive property buying experience, complemented by a range of services, began to take shape.

The official establishment of the ADDVantage Property brand occurred in 2020, marking the intersection of a passion for property markets and expertise in award-winning development and construction.
